K&C Wind Group Re-Locates to New Executive Offices

NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA - Knight & Carver Wind Group, which specializes in the on-site repair and service of wind blades, is proud to announce its new corporate offices:

The move, effective immediately, marks another milestone in the company's recent pattern of growth. Located a short distance from the company's National City production facility, the new brick-fa?ade offices provide a contemporary setting for Knight & Carver's 20-member executive-level staff, which has more than tripled during the past six months. The new corporate offices are fully outfitted with the latest in high-tech business and communications systems.

"This is a significant move upward for our company," said Sampson A. Brown, President/CEO of Knight & Carver Wind Group. "We've come a very long way in a few short years. We're planning for continued growth this year and beyond."

Three years ago, the company's offices were housed in a cramped, make-shift single room adjacent to the production floor in National City. Two years ago, that single room was upgraded and expanded by several offices to allow for increased staffing and storage requirements.

"By the end of last year, we had reached the point where we not only needed more space to manage our business operations, but our company's management team deserved a more polished and professional workplace," said Mr. Brown. "The way the industry is growing, we need to be as fully equipped, contemporary and professional as possible."

The new executive offices will easily accommodate the additional staffing that is anticipated over the next year. As President/CEO, Mr. Brown maintains an office in Knight & Carver Wind Group's new executive building and has significantly increased his involvement with the company. He also continues in his leadership role as President/CEO of Knight & Carver YachtCenter, a large-vessel repair and refit facility that specializes in luxury megayachts.

Knight & Carver Wind Group's production/repair facility will continue to be located at its current site. The company also owns and operates a full-scale production and repair blade facility in Howard, South Dakota.

In addition to its new offices, Knight & Carver Wind Group announced the following executive-level hires:
