NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA - Knight & Carver Wind Group, formerly known as Knight & Carver Wind Blade Division, has sent blade-repair crews to wind farms at more than a dozen locations around the country resulting in hiring almost 100 employees.

The crews are currently working on repair projects in Southern California, Missouri, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Vermont, Oregon, Texas, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, New York and Minnesota. Other projects are scheduled for the near future.

The work force expansion includes two managers joining the Wind Group. Andrew Hammen has been named the group's first full-time account executive in National City. Also, David F. St. Amand has been hired as the process engineer in Howard, S.D.

Knight & Carver Wind Group specializes in the construction and repair of wind blades, which are used for cost-efficient renewable energy production.
